Under her leadership and editorial capabilities INTER-FORUM emerged as one of the most complete source of information about Latin America & the Caribbean. It became one of the most effective means of diffusion for Intellectuals, academics and investigators becoming a very important virtual "Think Tank" of the region, with the participation and support of more than 300 academic Institutions, 250 NGO's and a great deal of government agencies in the region. The material published in the sites, specially INTER-FORUM is used by universities, NGO's, governments, intellectuals and the private sector as reference and consultation material. INTER- FORUM reaches more than 75,000 subscribers and 120 countries in less than 4 years.
 

As the Director of Publication and development she implemented with great success the ["Tertulias INTER-FORUM"] (INTER-FORUM "Chats) and open space of discussion dealing with issues that impact the contemporary society.
 

She has published over 250 articles reproduced by different communication media in Latin America and the United States. She is a member of the editorial Staff of "Globalization".

On August of 2003 she relocated to Houston, Texas and established [Latin America Consulting & Communications (LACC)], a Consultant & Communications Firm dealing with the multicultural market.
